IRC channel rules

While it shouldn't be necessary to state any, here's some basic rules for the #aegisub IRC channel.

THE GOLDEN RULE: If it's not on the bug tracker, it doesn't exist. Valid for both bugs and feature requests. Bugs reported and features requested on the channel will eventually be forgotten. POST IT IN THE TRACKER.

Rule number 1: Don't be stupid. (This includes having at least a bit of command over the English language.)

Rule number 2: This is not a democracy. You can be kicked, kickbanned or akicked without violating any of the rules, if the operators deem it necessary. See rule #1.

Rule number 3: If you got banned, TOUGH LUCK. Don't complain to any operator about it. (Also remember that evading channel bans can earn you a network-wide server ban (G-line) on Rizon.)

Rule number 4: This is a troll-free channel. No trolling or flaming whatsoever. There will be tolerance if it's done as a joke, but don't push your luck.

Rule number 5: Thou shalt not speak of VirtualDubMod.

Rule number 6: DO NOT PM ops with questions. Ask them in the channel. This should be common sense but apparently it isn't.
